What happens after you submit

1. We review your submission within 1 working day.
2. We email you a tailored next-steps document — what the application requires, what we need from you, and an estimated timeline for your county.
3. If you decide to go ahead with our service, you receive secure access to upload your supporting documents (proof of income, proof of ownership, ID, etc.).
4. We coordinate the OT report, source the three required installer quotes, complete the council application, and email you a finished pack ready to submit.
5. You submit to your local council. The council issues a decision letter confirming the grant amount.
6. The works happen. You pay the difference between the approved cost and the grant.
